Hiya!
Well, I think pampering myself last night worked, don't feel so bad, tho I'm going to keep on with the vit c, multivit and echinacea. I can't believe I missed realising that the mini-hypnos were off for the 2nd ski trip - hope they have a brill time. Or did I get confused with duchy's trip? Definite level of confusion going on here. Quite a bit of the house is quite a bit cleaner, and more exercise (over an hour's walking) cos of getting to & from the mystery shop - I don't think those are coincidences! Anyway, not too much going on today, its the London day, and I'm off at midday, so just making sure that the gains I made yesterday aren't destroyed!

Morning KC! I am glad you are feeling a bit better today - you seem to have got a lot done yesterday, despite not feeling well. Glad too that the house is a bit cleaner! Mine is "getting there........." - will report back on that side of things later on! Have a good trip to London.

Right, better go and get dressed - have already showered in my sparkly clean shower, but need to get out of my dressing gown before I go up to the school - although it is Fancy Dress there for Children in Need :rotfl:

Hope the children were well behaved in their exams and the invigilating went ok - more money for the ski fund I presume?

The cleaning before Christmas sounds like a great idea. We moved into our house on 1st December last year and although we've done ok some rooms like our office are just a mess and all the sinks could do with a thorough clean (it was a new house when we bought it so everything is a year old now and loosing its newness) so if it's ok I'd like to join the cleaning mission as people are coming to us for Christmas - mine will have to be done at weekends though - I have a list of general stuff to do this weekend which I've just made and then I'm going to start on the bathrooms. eek!

Hi YL! Just back from invigilating - yes, more money for the ski fund. The kids were incredibly well behaved, but it was strange invigilating a room full of kids in fancy dress - so a fair few fairy wings, a number of pirates and even someone dressed as scooby doo!!!

I have lots of work to get on with at home this afternoon, so will be having coffee and lunch, and then need to crack on!

can i join the challenge even though it's a bit late? I have a much shorter challenge though. My future MIL is visiting for the first time next friday for the weekend and i need the place to be spotless before she arrives. Thank god it's only 5 rooms including the hall way.
