Isn't it annoying, to have to have replacement fillings!? There's something morally wrong with that, somehow....

And your heating! There's something morally wrong with that too, tho mind you, since your body's in shock from the fillings, its not surprising you want the heating on. I'm lucky, since I have a huge window to the south, and it makes the room I'm in during the day (when I'm not doing paid work) really warm. In fact this room is hotter during the winter than it is during the summer! Weird.

    Get well soon

I suppose I can't complain about the numbness, at least it didn't hurt when he did the work! I just wish it would wear off now! Thankfully I have no clients this morning - would be pretty strange working right now!

Hypno, have you got a thermal vest? I've just put one on and it makes a huge difference. I'm going to put thermal longjohns on my Christmas list.

Well, today has flown by and I have achieved precisely.........hmm, well.......

Let's just say NOTHING as that is all I have achieved :o

Off to college soon so going to bung some jacket potatoes in the oven for the kids and they can have them with sausage and cheese.

I have sort of made a decision, after a conversation today with the lovely Pania, who had to sit amongst my chaos that is my home, that if I can fit it into the budget, I need help with my housework.

I am just not cut out to do it. I feel a failure for not being able to do it, and you have heard me say that so many times before, but it makes me feel very inadequate.

If I have a cleaner, however, as I had before, once a week, I am somehow able to keep on top of it a la flylady for the rest of the week.

So.........against all principals of DFW, BUT it will do my stress levels the world of good. If I do this full time job, it will significantly reduce the stress of the debt, because I will know that there is enough money to pay for them, and will significantly reduce the stress of the mess etc.

Don't shoot me all at once :o

I think it's a fab idea. Anything that lowers the stress levels has got to be good.

I won't shoot you, I will CONGRATULATE you. We all know you are superwoman so if you have one weak spot, namely housework, who are we to judge?

£30/week or whatever is a small price to pay for peace of mind and the ability to relax in your own home. You book that cleaner and feel glad you can get the support you need to allow you to put your energies into your work helping the prisoners and us poor DFWs.

YAY :j I really thought that as it goes against everything in an SOA that I would be criticised. I felt really guilty just posting it! But yes, it is my weak spot, and it really does get me down! I wish I could keep on top of it, but I can't.

The difficult bit will be finding a cleaner I can trust at a reasonable rate - we used an agency before but that was ridiculously expensive. It did, however, mean that we didn't have to take up references etc because it was all done for us. Might start making tentative enquiries!

Thanks guys for not slating me!
