Yeah that's how a lot of us feel. She's a part of the "Donny Community" and we're all very shaken up-especially as most of us have kids of that age (teens and early twentires. I only saw her a couple of weeks ago and she was having such a good time-and now -her world has crumbled. There but for the grace of God and all that.

Bleuurrgghh - I am so so tired this morning!

Got to go to the dentist first thing for a filling so will be stupidly numb for a bit!

then stuff to do here and college this evening.

In between, I will wake up. Oh yes I wil.....I WILL!

Bleuurrgghh - yep, thats clinically accurate (and I had to cut and paste to get it in! thats how bl.... I feel).

Quite a wake up call from duchy's post - as others have said, it does put all of this into perspective. Nothing matters compared to that. Hugs to all those with little ones, even grown up little ones.

Back (finally) from the dentist - 3 fillings! (well, replacements for old fillings that had done their "time") so one side of my face/mouth is very very strange!! I have made some coffee but really need a straw to drink it with!

Still, the cost was not too bad £27. I can just about live with that.

I have walked back into the house and it is sooooo cold - I have had to put the heating on! It is sunny outside but not reaching the house. Brrrrr!

I hope everyone else is having a good day - off to catch up on some other threads x

Thats the worst, its not the needles being stuck in my gum its the bloody numbness u get for hours afterwards, try whilstling, u won't be able to but its funny anyway

Hypno, well done for braving the dentist. I managed to save some money last week by completely forgetting a dental appointment! I'm now scared to ring to rebook in case they make me pay for the missed appointment.

Cold here too but I am resisting putting on the heating. I'm wondering about moving the guinea pig and mice in to the room where i work to pool our body heat!

ha! good job no one was around to see me just try to drink my coffee.......so whistling is def out of the question! Have also tried to eat chocolate, but even that wasn't successful.......I am going to find it difficult this morning - no coffee, no chocolate. Thank goodness it doesn't stop me typing on MSE!!

Had the match on radio Naaarfolk on Sunday - what a game! I hope it was as good to watch as it was to listen to. Talk about a game of two halves!!

I cannot believe how cold it is! I am sure it is warmer outside than it is inside! I may have to resort to doing housework to try and get warm.
