hey guys well done and big hugs on the housework effort to!!! :T
I hope you are all ashamed of yourselves for dragging a tired little bunny off the sofa, making me feel sooooo guilty i've dusted and hoovered right through and now am suffering streaming hayfever to boot due to all the dust i've disturbed!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:
feels good though don't it!! that "i did that" feeling:p
very chuffed right now, got a cricket dinner on friday £20 each:eek: just counted my change tin and have worked out that between the matched bet i've done today (should give me £23.50) and the hardly missed change we can afford to go WITHOUT it coming out of my months money AND have £4 left over for drinks!!!! Leaves me £40 up in my bank:j
praise be for mse:p !!!!

Well, I finished the lounge, all done and dusted. And I even did something very un-DFW/MSE like and went and bought a bunch of lilies, to put in a vase, just to finish it off!
So downstairs looks much better - I still have a long way to go, but I am getting there, and I certainly feel better collapsing in a tidy room than in a cluttered one!
It is almost at the stage where I could start flylady again.......perhaps!
The book is def helping - gives you back control rather than saying "just tidy up - its easy". But it can be a bit emotional on the way which is rather strange!!
Still, any improvement is better than no improvement!! I am working Monday Tuesday and Wednesday at the uni this week, so not so much time for housework, but I will attempt to do something every day, even if only to keep on top of what I have done today.
El, no conspiracy, honest! Just the need to be in control of something!! Feel free to join in if you want!
P, good news about having enough for the Cricket dinner - that is fab news :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

If I had any idea how to upload photos, I would do so! It is so rare for me to have flowers (being skint, and no one else buys them for me, except Pania who bought some for me once!) I really should have a record of them!
In fact I think that apart from the ones P bought me, I have not had flowers in the house since Dad died, when everyone sent me flowers and I ended up hating the bloomin things!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
