Don't let the boss lean on you piggin, it is a recognised medical condition. sadly some people that don't suffer don't realise or have any empathy with just how debilitating they can be. xx

Thanks - I try not to let it get to me. Unfortunately the Boss gets them as well. She keeps telling me that she swears by Migraleve - I used to take them years ago but they never really worked for me.

I am a very headachey person. If I have a headache, then Paracetamol work for me (the cheap ones 16p a packet - very MSE) but of course, as we all know, migraines are different. If I have migraine I often either wake up with it or it comes on when I am at work, when I only have the paracetamol with me and not the migraine medication. Both circumstances mean that by the time I get to my migraine tablets, it's pretty much too late to take them! I also often take paracetamol first to see if they work.

yep same with me, if i feel it coming on but don't have any anadin by the time i get to them it's usually way to late! different medications work for different people, Just as the boss "battles through" i can eat nurofen like smarties and still be in as much pain whereas anadin just do it!! 16p paracetamol! yep i've seen them they're great! also try one of those wheatbags that you can heat in the microwave. i lay on my front with that over my neck, the heat relieves the muscle tension and i find the weight on my neck helps to relieve it to. even just sitting in work at a chair with it round you may help. You really do have my extremest sympathies though.
Have you had an eye test lately?

Well, just finished client so now it is time to finally collapse and have something more nutritious than chocolate to eat!! So I have chicken nuggets and chips out of the freezer, currently cooking in the oven. what a good diet I have :rotfl:

Tomorrow the Children begin their big ski weekend - it is the British Champs, and they have only just qualified, so in terms of the pecking order, they are quite well down, but they are going so they are happy!

But it means a full on weekend and a lot of stress.............so I have reserved some chocolate especially :D

I managed to qualify for an Indiefield survey tonight - the first one ever!! So it is £2 coming my way, and I have done a bit of bingo bagging and stuff today so hopefully more cashback coming my way eventually.

I hope everyone has had a good day, and is lined up for a good weekend xx

Good luck to the children for this weekend - you must be very proud to have a pair of little champions. Is it happening locally or will you be away somewhere?

This weekend I'm doing... another bootsale. yes even after making £14 last weekend. My new friend is plainly carboot mad and has persuaded me so I'm looking for yet more saleable stuff. Also have a friend's 50th birthday to go to so I've picked out the cream of my carboot stock for a present for her.
