Well, penny slot thing all done, and I had to spend a little to release the bonus but even after that I should net just under £18. Although to get that far, I have ended up with the biggest most horrid headache ever!! Told OH that his account will have to wait until tomorrow! Still, works out at about £8 an hour earnings wise, so not too bad, considering I was still in my PJs when I was "working" and could have all the coffee I wanted (and boy did I need it) while I was "earning".

Thanks MSE for showing me how to do all of this - I am so so so glad that I was told about this site!!

Spent the last half hour catching up. Hope the children are okay, been through that myself with faithful doggie friend and it's hard and no consolation but kids experiencing grief of any sort is just horrid for a parent to watch.

I'm glad you found MSE sometimes, never 'met' anyone with so much positive
    and inspirational oomph !

Oh lol Hypno, poor you with the slots - I've signed up for a couple of bingo sites (for freebies or cashback) recently, and THAT is bad enough, but slots must be even worse!

Sorry to hear of the sad result after your cat went missing. As you said at least you know now.

It's ok to feel sad and cry.

Just a quick post, because my next client is due in at 7.30!!

uniform shopping went well. God bless you Mr Woolworth!! I managed to get everything without hassle - for both kids - shoes and trainers from Next and JJB sport and everything else from Woolies. This year they are not having school logo embroidered sweatshirts, they are having plain Navy jumpers at a fraction of the cost. Got DD two shirts for £1 - bargain, and all stationery, bags the whole kit and kaboodle was reduced one way or another - came out having spent on my credit card, but a whole lot less than I expected :j

Part of the spending was on wide necked thermos flasks so I can send them with hot packed lunches - very OS!!

Right, better get prepped for my client (that is technical speak for getting this hot cup of coffee down my neck pronto!)........

    Catch up later xx

Evening Hypno..sorry to hear about your cat ...it's so upsetting but at least the man came and told you and he'd buried her in his garden...that was really nice of him and must've been hard for him to do...
Congratulations on your 2nd job and going for your PGCE and managing to get all the uniforms at bargain prices...I had to laugh at the flask true DFW....take care xxx
