Hi all! Recording almost finished now - we are on the home straight. I need this to work to get some money coming through! Fingers crossed!

Dinner was scrummy - roast beef and all the trimmings, and rice pudding. YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM, and no need to cook (although I did do the washing up!).

Taxi, I owe just £6 more than you! How weird is that!! I will add you to the signature - may the best DFWer win!!

Hi Hypno....very weird as I'm meant to be lowering my debt not increasing...it's not very DFW buying a brand new car..is it?...it will pay off though as I claim it back on tax and won't have any large repair bills to pay out IYSWIM...thats the plan anyway....
Glad you enjoyed your dinner...always tastes great when somebody else cooks it....

But if anyone can get that extra debt down sharpish Taxi, it is you!

I think I may go and find £6 from somewhere, just so I am not owing more than you are....in fact I may find £7 - it will be the only time I am ahead of you!! I am certain to bring home the booby prize in this race, but I will def be trying my hardest!!

 just updated my snowball etc and I have had to add on £49 to our total outstanding, so instead of hoping to shave a bit off the totals, taking into account money paid this week I have had another increase

OK, so £49 is not that great, but it is still another increase, and the whole point of this game is to get the debt down!!

Don't want to play any more **hypno goes off in a sulk with bottom lip stuck out**.

I have spent the ENTIRE day in the loft and have found some seriously good stuff to e-bay. OH never threw a thing away, and kept his toys in their boxes.....just need to get the camera working properly. My crummy shoes have only sold one pair for £2.57 no bids on the others and I thnk it is down to the picture. :o

Have put another dozen books onto Amazon (it is SO much easier than e-baying!). Sold one I put on there last week.:D

I will catch you lot up.....

Sounds as though things are getting better for you OliveOyl!

Hmm - remember if things are in the original packaging you can ask more for them!

I am not allowed to sell OH toy trains - they are in the original box, but we have to have the bailiffs at the door before I am permitted to list them on ebay!!

Good luck OliveOyl - I have three things listed on ebay at the moment, but so far the £1.20 in bids is not even going to cover the fees - must try harder!!

And I thought it wasn't worth selling some of my fat thrillers as others were on for 1p (how can they do that when the listing fee is 86p?) butI noticed that 6 of them were First Blooming Editions  and they are now at the lowest price for collectables at £9.50!!!! Now I just need someone to buy them before they expire in October.:D
