    Hi hypno

Just to say sorry to read your EBAY customer was an ar5e about the monitor. If it is any consolation, if ever I see a negative feedback for someone, I always look at the sellers response because I know there are two sides to every story and if the response is rational and seems fair, I don't let it worry me.

I am sure it will not affect future sales for you - we all know there are some miserable gits out there who can't be bothered to try and sort things out amicably.

Don't let it get you down - and don't give up! (I know you won't.)

Don't worry about not doing the car boot sale either - you can only push yourself so far and I am sure the next time there is a chance to do a sale, you will have more energy and will do better than turning up half hearted, feeling tired and 'bovvered'.

Things have a funny way of working out hon.

    LA xx

ok, well, i need a letter to tescox2, one cos cheeky *** at my old address happily spent over £20 of MY vouchers as i forgot to change address.
Another as last sunday i found loads of hair in a veggie pie, made me want to ..... i can tell you! Looked like someone'd had their hair cut prior to coming to work and bits had fallen off into the pie. (wondering if i can get another 500 free points!)
and one to maidstone council re a parking ticket i never ever knew i had!!
and one to abbey reiterating stance on charges.
So loads of work here if anyone wants it!!

Excellent work on the flapjack and yogurt. need to pay a visit to tesco tomorrow, yawn!! Have a great early night, think of us deadline followers slogging away. :-)

    Morning all :hello:

Today I need to have a housework and admin day, in fact the whole week is going to be a bit like that because I have little in the way of clients booked in, and the flights to the Seychelles were all booked up so sadly that didn't end up as being an option ;) - I am going to write a list of things that need doing, will probably take a small rainforest's worth of paper to write all the things that I need to catch up on, but hopefully some progress will be made - if I can stay away from MSE for more than a few mins at a time!!

Today's post brought me the annual mortgage statement. We are lucky in that we are on a 10 year fixed rate, so nothing to worry about regarding the interest rate rises recently, but the thing is that it is interest only to allow us to pay as much as we can off the other debts.

So I have had a little bit of a think about this and I do not want to blindly go along with a nice 10 year fixed rate and then find that:

    a) I cannot afford the hike in interest rates when the fixed rate comes to an end, although this is due to be after my snowball DFD - another reason to get the blasted debt paid off!!

    b) I will only then have 15 years once it comes to an end, to pay off the capital and I end up having to work until I am 90 to pay it

So I have had a rare foray into the MFW board to ask for some advice. I hope that they are as helpful there as peeps here are. Not much I can do about the mortgage right now, but I do want to get prepared and to have a bit of a plan in place.

Morning Hypno. I hope your admin week yields lots of good things. You are already impressive but with a week's worth of organisation behind you, you will surely ramp up those repayments.

I will read the replies to your MFW post with interest as we are in a similar situation - except that our fixed rate period ends next spring - eek - I really would like to go back onto repayment then if possible.

Oh, and made another coffee, and picked up MSE again :o

    Must try harder!!
