Shame you're not closer Hypno. There were about 8 couples at this class today and they all wanted to get involved in hypno birthing - me and a friend hire out birthing pools so we were at a meeting endorsing home births and little pain relief :rolleyes:

Seems there's very little in this area which is a shame. Could you do them on tapes etc or does it have to be one to one, there was a lot of interest today.....

I would love to give up one of our cars but with the kids it just isn't practical, if DH is away I have to pick them up and the youngest is at nursery which would be a 50 min walk that he would simply refuse to do. Shame of it is, is that one sits on the drive most of the week when DH isn't called away - will be an ongoing quandry I think

You are so right re MB though, the moral of my story is not to leave DH in charge somehow and obviously it became my fault :rolleyes:

Hello! Just got back in from a day's teaching. All going fine until someone who doesn't obviously like me found my achilles heel and messed with my head big time. He took great pleasure in seeing me crumple and I really could have done without it. I am angry with myself for letting him get to me and feel all over the place.

Right, taking a deep breath now and not letting him get to me any longer. Going to put the kettle on and to deal with it......

On a better note, had a text from DS at the ski race to say he had come third so that is good, and DD did all the ironing for me as a suprise, bless her!

I'm glad for your DS's sake that it was an indoor sport today - the sogginess would have been unbearable if it was outside. I was in and out for a lot of the day with the nephew and the gardening, and we were *so* wet it was quite unbelievable, I've never felt such relief to get into a bath. Calming bath later on for you?

DS was outside so came home drenched - but he came home with a medal so it was worth the sogginess!

Feel a bit better now, thank you - although I did cheat with dinner and got a takeaway as I felt as though I had the stuffing temporarily knocked out of me. Still, £15.90 out of my unexpected tutoring earnings this weekend really is not too bad.

Yes you're right. He is not worth getting upset about. My children are here and reminding me what is important in my life, and being upset by people who have nothing better to do is not one of those important things.

So.........have well and truly moved on!

Tomorrow is the beginning of another week. Meal plan already done and posted on OS board so I have to stick with it, spreadsheet for July coming along nicely so hopefully no nasty surprises lurking, and a very positive attitude awaits me.......
