Well P, you are not really gatecrashing a challenge - isn't the whole point of this board to pay off our debts??

As for being female.......are you saying that I am having an identity crisis as well as all my other problems  It is not an excuse Missy!! You are not even blonde.......:D

Right, first one down to £35k/25k buys the coffees :j

Have now done 5 reclaim letters and about to do the mortgage one. It will be costing me £50 for statements all in, so I hope it is a worthwhile investment!!

    DD was 13 yesterday
The sun is shining here too, but I am shut away in my cabin working........sort of!

OH has just come home so I may have to relinquish use of the laptop temperarily in order that he can get stuff on ebay.......

Thanks hypno,I couldn't quite believe the total when i saw it :D we haven't paid that much off,so don't know how it's reduced to that amount  have spoken to Payplan and they insist it's right,so I'm not arguing ;) :j we did pay them £3.5k a couple of weeks ago,but that wouldn't have reduced it that much

    :D

Hypno - would I be able to join the challenge too? I'm involved in quite a few at the mo, but I think this is a more long term one isn't it.

I'm not sure what to aim for. I'd love sub £30K by the end of the year, but am not sure if this is a little high to aim for.

Right you are warned that the following contains lots of expletives.....

    &%$$$£@*****%$£££"@@@*** &***&^%%$$£"***@@@@@

Took my eye off the ball for a tinsy winsy time and as a result have not been on top of things (as you know for many reasons) and the upshot is that our debt has increased by £1087

So, my DFD according to the snowball has increased by 2 months.....

I have updated my signatures to shame myself into checking everything daily again.

Whats more, and most galling of all, is that Seaxwyn is even closer by default (unfortunate use of word there) to reaching £35k before me.

I am shocked, angry, upset, all those usual things. But if a kick up the bum is what I need, then this is certainly it.

    Oh Hugs to you.
    How very dispiriting.

I wish I could say something something positive and uplifting such as you say to so many others in such an encouraging way.
    .
So kick yourself, get back up and hope that OH earned £1K in overtime going in on his precious holiday?
