I bet they feel like a naughty dog who has just done a woopsy on the carpet.

I wonder who will turn up next defending the PPC's
Probably not Perky, our favourite troll.

He even posted on another forum "that fool Renshaw-Smith". I suspect there will be weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth in PPC land over this one.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Yeah that will be fun that we can point to when he comes here ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I would have thought that with this finding Excel should have their DVLA access cancelled. They are clearly not entitled to that information.

This is an interesting point. Anyone fancy taking this up with the DVLA? Nev?

But it's the context on why he called him a fool that is important

About time, although it's taken that fool Renshaw-Smith long enough to tell the courts what they should be doing. Now we'll be able to get all our legal charges paid and see an end to this ignore everything crap. Every case I've taken to court has been won. As soon as we can hold the registered keeper responsible, whoever was actually driving, we;ll be able to issue fines to whoever we want, and there'll be nothing anyone can do about it.

I have taken various things to the dvla, they basically ignore everything and tell you to take it up with the bpa, basically they are in the pockets of them and won't do anything. It's despicable that a public body like them have no oversight and can ignore the DPA by passing on details to convicted criminals !!

According to the CAG, this has already been done.

    +1

I rather like the summation but 'tis early days yet. IMHO this should be going straight back to Watchdog. I'm sure they could justify a full programme on it. After all,
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
