Here is the document:http://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/Documents/AOS/Online%20Blog%20and%20Chat%20Room%20Guidelines.pdf Don't all burst into laughter at once. "I'm John and I'm from Scammer Parking Limited. How may I help you today". Yeah right. Just another set of guidelines for the BPA'a arch scamming members to ignore. The stuff about libel is ridiculous. Very expensive lawyers have tried it on with several sites (including I believe this one) and had their !!!!!! soundly kicked.

Thanks. The next time we have an "unwelcome visitor", I'll just post the link and a warning to newbies and report him once.

2 quick bits of advice for the BPA:

Use English spell checkers, not America's version of English.

Don't use phrase like "factually correct" as your members don't seem to understand them.

so perky and haswell using a new profile evey week is complying with the guidelines set out by the pathetic association ;) what about the lies they spout? do they have document that its ok for them to lie to MPs in parliament ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I guess they figured M.P.s, often being strangers to the truth themselves, don't worry too much when someone tells them lies.

    More bad publicity for Excel:-

Excel Parking plan to outsource legal work looks dead in water

    http://www.thestar.co.uk/news/action-desk/excel-parking-plan-to-outsource-legal-work-looks-dead-in-water-1-4578457

And yet another example of the PPC being economical with the truth:-

Meanwhile, Sheffield County Court has confirmed that a series of names Excel sent to The Star as evidence of the ‘many cases’ it has won were mostly default judgements issued after drivers failed to respond. In such cases the papers don’t even go before a judge.

Last month Excel sent Action Desk details of 23 cases it claimed were proof it can win in court. But, according to Sheffield County Court, in 15 cases the motorist failed to respond and the company won by default and in two cases motorists paid up before a hearing. So Excel sent just six examples where it won a contested hearing before a judge.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Well guys i am not one to blow my own trumpet

But it was my good self who had a good chat with David Walsh, i advised him that most of the judgements were most likely obtained through default and said he could easily check this through the courts

I also emailed him the details of the S!!!!horpe and VAT case

    So woop woop

Yes, well done. It shows what a few good people with a cause can do. I'm so proud of you.

SR-S does seem to have a bit of a problem with counting court cases. :)
