That is a quite extraordinary ratio of default judgments. It would look almost as if they targeted people who they knew wouldn't get the paperwork....

SR-S does seem to have a bit of a problem with counting court cases. :)
I wonder if it was him (wearing his BPA hat) who gave those misleading figures to the government and which were shown to be way off the actual truth by the FOI request

He should have done what all the sensible companies do and stayed a million miles away from Court. But no, he knew best. This one looks like getting interesting.

    Love it. :T

Simon 'Horse-of-the-Year' Renshaw-Smith is going to seriously regret his open criticism of Court Judges...I bet the other PPCs are spitting feathers about this!

Funny as hell, perhaps it can be sent to excel as a part of an appeal <laugh>
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
