Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I've no idea, but I presume so.0

Bearing in mind that the submission of this explanation from SR-S was a matter between the court and him we may not know for a while whether he complied. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Some parts are hilarious. Could not see its been posted before, if it has let me know and I'll delete it.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Simon Richard Smith, not Simon Renshaw-Smith.
"If there is another case in the S!!!!horpe County Court, Grimsby County Court or Hull County Court live by 4pm on Friday, you will be coming to see me and I suggest you bring a toothbrush. Am I clear?"
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

Simon Renshaw-Smith should have appeared in court on June 29. Is there any news on that? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

NB. Although there are a couple of female barristers with the surname Coates I think she was actually VCS's in house litigation assistant one Rachel Coates.
I actually started to feel the tiniest bit sorry for her towards the end of reading that. I doubt Renshaw Smith pays anyone but himself very well.
Do you think that the poor girl understood that when the judge said she ought to bring her toothbrush he wasn't offering to whisk her off to Paris for a weekend of unbridled lawyerly lovemaking ?0
