Of course in a perfect world it shouldn't and the whole point of web browsers was that they should all work the same, but boy is it not a perfect world:mad:
I've used Chrome for a couple of years now, believing it to be the most secure browser because of its "sandbox", but recent issues have included the Avon cosmetics site showing no products at all (contacted them and they just said "oh yes, our site doesn't work in Chrome") and trying to log on to Internet banking with First Direct just ends up showing the HTML source of the login page.
Works fine with Samba for me though.
My best guess would be issues with JavaScript as I've found out to my cost while developing some web sites. If the page generates a JS error at some point then any further JS simply doesn't get executed, but you probably won't see any sort of error message unless you're running some development tools in your browser.0 -
After Prowla helped I had 1.1Gb yesterday.
This morning I have 214.3Mb left although I only checked my emails and went on Twitter.
And according to the stats I have watched more than 2.5 million ads in just over a week and earned nearly 7Gb. None of this makes any sense. This is not even physically possible.
I fired up Firefox, as advised, this morning. Clicked on the Intel ad which took me to the grid showing "Refer A Friend" and "Cash Top-up".
The whole thing is absurd and makes no sense at all.0 -

What did Prowla suggest that helped you get to 1.1GB?0 -

Thanks.
Still wondering what the difference in set up is that some can earn unlimited data and others next to nothing.
I did manage about 100MB last night.0 -
Have got a vodafone K3570-Z broadband dongle, does anyone know if it can be used for Samba? I assume its going to have to be unlocked?
Also, if buying the Samba dongle and data, would the dongle be unlocked? Would seem a good buy if so.0 -
When I visit the Samba site, this happens:

No problems so far. Plenty of choices. I click on an icon and this happens:

Still no problem. However, as soon as I log in this happens:

No, the dongle is from Three and I earned credit for the first couple of days.0 -

Thanks, think I'll get an unlocked one then for £20ish and buy just the sim off Samba. That way if it ends up being a poor service or doesn't meet my needs I can still use the dongle with a different provider.
