Hi guys
Sorry for being AWOL for a while - just been soooo busy house hunting & stuff.
Yesterday found the ideal place to move to:D - & it will leave us mortgage free as it's a major downsize from our current home - but we both loved it - just need to sell ours!!!!!!
It has 2 garages & an outside workshop so poor OH will have 3 choices of smoking zones
Good luck to those just starting out or starting again - you can do it.
Champix worked for me - 9 weeks of tablets have made me a confirmed non smoker. I know they don't work for everyone - but i don't think i could have done willpower alone.
Have a great smoke free Jubilee
Hugs

I had a major strop this evening, how I managed not to have a fag I'll never know!!
I've had 2 really crap days which culminated in me making a right balls up of tea tonight. OH came home to find me in tears! He gave me a big hug, bought me a kebab and fixed my car (which was part of the crap 2 days!)
I felt like it would have been so easy to have one, but I just refused.
Dead proud of myself I am! Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0 -

I just thought to myself that I have been doing so well lately. I don't have half as many cravings now. It would have been such a shame to start again now! Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0

Way to go Sal!
Having a fag does not solve anything or make you feel better - I only wish it hadn't taken me 30 years to realise it!:rotfl:0
