I won a Mon-Fri break with.... wait for it..... Pontins lol

It was the worst break I have ever had, I felt I was in a 70's timewarp, Hi De Hi Campers, the chalets were filthy, the venues and the facilities were so dated, after DS woke covered in flea bites and we had enough ants crawling over our kitchen we packed up and took DS to Blackpool for a few days so ended up costing me a fortune!

Well I did go to reception to be told by the housing manager "if I move you to another chalet, you will only have the same problem, they are all the same"

So hence the packing of bags and fleeing for my sanity, I did not take it further when I got home as it was a "free" holiday and if they had offered me another break I wouldnt have gone anyway xx

That's shocking... I suppose some things just aren't worth the hassle poor you!

I won a long weekend at a luxury 5* Thai style spa resort in Alicante, it was wonderful, hotel was beautiful, food was amazing, felt very, very lucky!

I've won a holiday to Ibiza for four people which included 4 return flights from our local airport, 2 hotel rooms, free nightclub entry and drinks, free breakfast at the hotel and transfers.

After that I won...

A family holiday for four people to France which included 4 return flights, £100 spending money and car hire.

Then I won...

2 Return Eurostar tickets to Paris (included free food and drink on the Eurostar an a bottle of champagne.

and then...

2 Return club class British Airway flights to Amsterdam!

The best trip had to be the holiday to Ibiza! It was just after I had finished college and before I went to university - fantastic!. I had taken one family member with me and 2 family friends so they could enjoy the trip to!

That reminded me of the time that there was an ad in the local paper saying free holidays, just send details on a postcard. So I did, but never expected anything, a few weeks later I was off to a holiday camp in Rhyl. It was quite a good holiday, but it was a right battered old place :eek: Couldn't complain though as it only cost us the coach fare.

I won a 2 night stay in New York with a Broadway Show. It was amazing, I took my Mum, as my DH and I had been the year before. We extended it for another day and paid the extra night so we would have more time to do everything we wanted.

I also won a spa wellness weekend in Portgual. It was an amazing hotel in the mountains and we had loads of spa treatments all free too.

Had some lovely breaks in the UK to including Manchester, Nottingham and the Cotswolds.

Just waiting for the next holiday win to come along, anything would be good right now.
