I don't think it's too bad. As long as the quality lives up to what they say it will then I'll be happy to pay.0 -
Have been searching for maps of the venues detailing where the water fountains will be, but not found any.
I did come across this which seems to indicate that there will be no water fountains at all!

Any body heard anything else? I'm hoping this is wrong.

Water taps outside most toilet blocks, empty plastic bottles will be allowed in,along with sandwiches, crisps, pies, pasty's,all types of snack foods so bring your own, take a couple of bottles of water, you will drink them in the queues while waiting to get in,then take the empties inside.Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!0

Last time we were on the tube it was very hot and the tube was delayed in the tunnel for a while and it got hotter of course so have a water with you just in case which is similar advice to the post above.0

Welcome to Rip Off Britain.I'm not that way reclined
Jewelry? Seriously? Sheldon you are the most shallow, self-centered person I have ever met. Do you really think that another transparently-manipu... OH, IT'S A TIARA! A tiara; I have a tiara! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me!0 -
Was there yesterday, I didn't see any free water fountains, but then again I didn't know they existed. My little boys water bottle was taken off him and emptied. Was told only baby milk allowed in.
Concessions were pricey, but I understand that McDonald's will be normal pricing, although I didn't go and check.
One thing though, would ask everyone to watch the ceremony tomorrow, been to a few opening ceremonies for euros and world cup but we are in for a treat on Friday. Got to save the surprise, but make sure you watch it!0 -
Hi,
we've got tix for the Opening Ceremony, and we also intend to visit the Biggest McDonalds in the World (sic/sick?)
Will try and post pricings afterwards.
However, as a comparison, a friend went to Excel a few wekes ago, and was charged £10 for a 6in Sub and a drink at Subways! nearly all big venues are expensive.
Cheers,

This seriously looks like something Siobhan Sharpe's team at Perfect Curve have put together.0 -
I have to follow a very strict diet so will be taking in my own food to the Olympic Stadium (says we can on our tickets as long as the backpack is under 25L and fits under your seat).

Anyone who has been or is going can you please post details of free water.0
