  • I have these exact shoes (except mine are cream not green but hey...)!!!
£33.04 can't be bad! They only cost £4.00 and mine are well worn already.. :rotfl:

Sorry can't post the link but anyway they are dolly/flat things from Primark...

Lisa, did you set up and new account to sell yours and did you leave it as your actual address? That is the only bit that scares me!

I have several pairs of shoes that might qualify for this market! Damn the stiletto knee-highs I threw out last month thinking they were totally wrecked and worthless!

I was having a peek through the other day and tbh they weren't going for that much, i saw a couple at £10 but the rest were at 99p or less.

to the people who have sold the shoes, did you put in your auction " will be cleaned to ebays standards.." etc and then clean them or not clean them and send them out, or not say anything like that at all and send them out?

i have the mankest pair of pumps i would love to sell, the sole is dropping out of the left one and the right one is ripped at the front.

the worst pair i saw was a new look pair that had a HUGE hole in the side, how the hell did they manage that? lol.

i saw on one listing " pictures of shoes are not of a sexual nature" yet they had a private listing (to entice more in :P) and then they said they would clean them.

Each to their own. I personally find the idea of some pervy old man getting himself off to a picture of my feet to be pretty repulsive.

Aha, yes lovey, each to their own! I think selling these shoes, unless you are a true fetish-ist, has to be done tongue in cheek and also, you must have a hard skin! Dear god, i hope someone doesn't find those descriptions as being "outwith ebay rules and regulations"
    hehe!
:) if people make some pennies from selling items that are fit for the bin then good on them!

Most sellers do eventually get caught and suspended as they do breach ebay rules.

Well I encouraged my husband to put his manky old trainers on ebay, it was an old unused account. They went on last night for a seven day listing and have already got one bid at £4.99, I think the key is to write a ME page. The ones that don't have a me page don't seem to sell as well. The person who is highest bidder often buys old socks for upto £7.50 a pair so i'm pretty sure he knows what he is getting

In my listing I put "will be cleaned to ebay standards" but the winner sent me a note asking me not to wash them, "they'll be fine as they are" !! So I didn't - and he was very happy!

How is it breaking Ebay rules if you sell old shoes?! What do they shut the account down for?! Sounds pretty tempting to me! :P

How do you collect payment for any extra pics you send? Is it via Paypal? Is so, did you set up a separate Paypal account? Thanks

This is what I was wondering. I've just set up another ebay and email but wondered how you would accept the payment for the "extras"
