This thread is so funny, I can't believe that people actually buy these shoes! Who the hell first thought of adding this sort of thing to ebay in the first place? Do you think old, unwashed socks will sell as well lol ???

Apparently so..... Although I haven't sold them personally, I know some one who has.

PS My well worn slippers sold for 99p thanks to this thread ages ago. Now where are their replacements?

OMG is that the only pair you sold?

Thought you'd have made your millions by now.:rotfl:

Glad to see the old thread is still alive and kicking (so to speak) and affording laughs to newcomers.

I know, I know I need to have a clear out but not sure if swollen, puffy feet have the same effect in pictures with this heat.

I bet when you started this off you never realised the monster you were creating or at the very least you should have got 10%+ commission in true MSE style from every person who sold shoes / socks / slippers as a result of this thread.

PS How have your sales been?

Damn, there doesn't seem to be a market for well worn men's shoes :o:p

Well actually there is ... try searching 'scally trainers'

  • Now I know it could be the swine flu seeing as I have it but that pic just knocked me sick, yuk. That is vile _pale_
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p

Just reading this thread has made me wonder if there is a market for shoes worn by a Student Nurse. I'm sure that my feet sweat loads during a twelve hour shift lol. Just a bit worried about what might be picked up on the bottom of them. Wards haven't got the cleanest of floors!

Student nurse is a good trigger word for sensible flats!

well my 3 auctions ended last night and sold for £1.04, £3.98 & £5.50 respectively :D - haven't exactly made my millions, but better than chucking them in the bin!!!

bizarrely the mankiest pair fetched the least....now I'm worried people have genuinely bought the others to wear??!!! :rotfl:
