" Well Worn Shoes "?

I thought I'd sell a pair of slippers on ebay, more for unusual content (Penguins) than for wearing.

On searching "Womens footwear" it appears that items which are "well worn" get lots of bids, especially if worn by well travelled air hostesses !!!!

Yes, I know I'm a bit old and thought for years that personal ads that mentioned water sports meant surfing or paragliding !

I can accept, if not necessarily understand that there are folks with strange fetishes, but the hidden meaning in these adds has prompted me to ask the more knowledgeable among you for a clue.

If someone out there can stop me making a fool of myself if I advertise my "worn" slippers I would greatly appreciate it.

LOL - I once sold a pair of Matalan Kitten Heels (only worn a couple of times) for probably more than they cost originally. The address details was to some bloke (I thought it was probably his OH using his account). Hmmm - maybe not (they were size 8's)!

I just did a search on ebay for well worn in the shoes and have to admit to chuckling so much my staff are looking at me oddly... I do have a pair of slippers I could stick on there too Maybe with a picture of my feet in them... hey for £5 they can have 2 pics of my feet in the slippers
