I have just made a suggestion that if they implement a tracking system (as already in the clubhouse suggestions) then they should fast-track transactions so that we can query missing ones very quickly rather than waiting ages and losing any proof. Let us see if they publish it!

I have had no problem tracking my purchases with any other cashback sites i use, so know its not just my computer as the problem, only problems tracking through pigsback.

Do you think it would be worthwhile making a complaint to the ASA or somewhere similar?

Sorry for the rant there.

I'm waiting for 2 orders now. they told me i need to wait a month before chasing it up.

I refered my Mum & Dad and I was with them when they pressed the referal link and signed up. I got paid for Dad signing up but not Mum. I emailed pigsback and Lynn said Mum did not sign up via my link. I then sent an email FAO Eamon and Lynn intercepted it. Then I received an email from Rachel Mallon, Member Services Manager, who said that Lynn was correct that Mum had not signed up using my referal link. I lost out on 500 piggy points. :mad:
