Pigsback - Free Gifts for Clicks - Newbies Please Read the First Post!!

I have three Tesco shops outstanding and have e-mailed PB twice about it, even sending on my order confirmation page as proof but still have had "we cannot credit you" email response back.....getting quite fed-up with it all now!

it feels like pigsback are getting us to use them undr false pretences - they must profit from all of us going through them to Tesco and none of us are getting any benefit

I really feel like pigback and Tesco are just advertising this just to get extra business and not paying up, saying they have no trace of our custom, but how can we be sure how correct this is? When its such alot of pigsback points at stake, i'm not really sure i want to let this go. :mad: :mad:

I have had no problem tracking my purchases with any other cashback sites i use, so know its not just my computer as the problem, only problems tracking through pigsback.

Do you think it would be worthwhile making a complaint to the ASA or somewhere similar?

hi, i am feeling exactly the same. i have now done about 5 shops and sent them all my confirmation details and they say they have no record and are unable to credit my point ....ggggrrrr.
maybe if we all bombard them with emails today they might get off their a***s and do something about it...lol.
would it fall under the trade descriptions act thing?????
tesco are a mighty profitable company and can well afford to give us our piggy points, and i for one spend at least £60 - £70 a week.
is it worth emailing pigsback and directing them to this thread so they can see all the comments ?????

ps. literally just heard on the radio that tesco have made a 2.5 billion pound profit this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why don't you all start some sort of petition? list all the people waiting for points and forward it to them 5 times a day till the matter is resolved. i would never use them for shopping now! seems like a poor set up to me.

I wonder if contacting Tesco about the matter would be worth considering. It may make people to switch to using Asda etc if people are feeling ripped off by the Tesco/Pigsback points and they ay put some pressure on Pigsback

i think thats a great idea!! we should make the list and just keep emailing them til they pay up!!

i can't honestly believe that so many people have not recieved their points and pigsback just think it doesn't matter, fobbing us off with some sorry emails.

Isn't it illegal to promote an offer and not carry out their end of the bargain?

I too have not had my points for Tesco. I did have a look at quidco instead but it doesn't look like you get cashback for groceries-can anyone correct me ? My piggypoints total has been stuck for sometime. Looby
