Can i just ask how many people HAVEN'T received their pigsback points for their Tesco shopping??

I have used it every week for 5 weeks now and pigsback are saying they have got no trace of me going through pigsback, even though i did and did all the things to help tracking, i.e clear cookies, turn off pop up blockers etc.
This is now £30 worth of pigsback points i am owed! I already let go two non paid friend referal points, even though i was with them when they applied and new they clicked on the correct link. 1000 points!!

I have emailed pigsback and they just said that there is no record of me going through pigsback and cannot validate the points without the confirmation from tesco.

I really feel like pigback and Tesco are just advertising this just to get extra business and not paying up, saying they have no trace of our custom, but how can we be sure how correct this is? When its such alot of pigsback points at stake, i'm not really sure i want to let this go.

I have had no problem tracking my purchases with any other cashback sites i use, so know its not just my computer as the problem, only problems tracking through pigsback.

Do you think it would be worthwhile making a complaint to the ASA or somewhere similar?

    Sorry for the rant there.

Is it possible that there's something wrong with their tracker because I purchased something from Tescos (Bathroom scales) and got my points without chasing. However, I don't think you're supposed to get points for anything other than groceries and wine. Just a thought.

A lot of people have - funkyfarmgirl (my mum) has made about 4 orders, considering she shops for several people a time, its £160+ shops, and they've claimed they've got none of her details! She can't get on here wither currently, won't let her login :(

I referred my Dad, I was with him when he opened the Pigsback referral e mail and he clicked on the correct link. He patiently built up some points, ordered a stress pig and I got no points. I have e mailed Pigsback 3 times now telling them and requesting that they check their tracking system which I was assured by someone called Lynn that it is working properly and that my Dad didn't sign up using their e mail. He had never heard of Pigsback until I told him about it and he certainly wouldn't have signed up by going straight to their website himself. I'm a bit cross to say the least. It's like being called a liar.

I certainly would! They have been getting out of 1000`s of piggy points for too long, especially the 500 referral points thing, the same happened to me. They shouldn`t be able to get away with it.

I would write them a letter (recorded delivery) telling them your intentions to report them, giving them about 3 weeks to resolve it before you proceed.
    That usually gets things moving!

i am the same waiting for 6 shops worth now - i have emailed pigsback and they say no record of me shopping through them to tesco - i am waiting on tesco sending me copies of my order confirmation emails - not impressed at all - even with those emails are pigsback going to refuse to give me my points?
  • why don't one of us contact pigsback with all of our details with points we are waiting for - we can't all be wrong/liars surely despite what pigsback claim?

i am happy to do it if people want me to
