I referred my Dad, I was with him when he opened the Pigsback referral e mail and he clicked on the correct link. He patiently built up some points, ordered a stress pig and I got no points. I have e mailed Pigsback 3 times now telling them and requesting that they check their tracking system which I was assured by someone called Lynn that it is working properly and that my Dad didn't sign up using their e mail. He had never heard of Pigsback until I told him about it and he certainly wouldn't have signed up by going straight to their website himself. I'm a bit cross to say the least. It's like being called a liar.

I referred my daughter & sister they hadn't heard of pigsback either. I have emailed 4 times & someone called Lynn has said exactly the same to me - It made me feel that she thought I was lying

I've done a grocery shop from Tesco every week since Pigsback started offering points for them, but have only received points for one of those orders. I've contacted Pigsback to ask about the missing points and I'll let you know if I have any success.

Can i just ask how many people HAVEN'T received their pigsback points for their Tesco shopping??

I have used it every week for 5 weeks now and pigsback are saying they have got no trace of me going through pigsback, even though i did and did all the things to help tracking, i.e clear cookies, turn off pop up blockers etc.
This is now £30 worth of pigsback points i am owed! I already let go two non paid friend referal points, even though i was with them when they applied and new they clicked on the correct link. 1000 points!!

I have emailed pigsback and they just said that there is no record of me going through pigsback and cannot validate the points without the confirmation from tesco.

I really feel like pigback and Tesco are just advertising this just to get extra business and not paying up, saying they have no trace of our custom, but how can we be sure how correct this is? When its such alot of pigsback points at stake, i'm not really sure i want to let this go.

I have had no problem tracking my purchases with any other cashback sites i use, so know its not just my computer as the problem, only problems tracking through pigsback.

Do you think it would be worthwhile making a complaint to the ASA or somewhere similar?

    Sorry for the rant there.

Me I haven't , I have done a shop every week since 13/3 (thats when I started using pigsback for tesco) probably averaging £100 a week and I have not had any of the points , they asked for the email confirmations from tesco which I sent but they say they can't do anything ,

I am so gutted I was counting on the piggy points as its the only way I am going to be able to give myself a treat of my favourite perfume .

I wonder if we all have something in common (those that have not got the points ) I am on AOL and went through the AOL browser to shop wonder if thats it .
  • Hi all

I'd just like to thank everyone who posts the answers! I eventually managed to sign up (after a few failed attempts).
My mam is also waiting for points so i think it would be an excellent idea to try and get to the bottom of this by bombarding them with emails - after all i'm sure this is fraud!

On the 'Draw a Pig' Featured Viral what does it mean when you draw your pig facing right?

I have 3 orders which i have not received any points for. Lynn from pigsback replied to my e-mail yesterday saying there was no record of any orders.
They aren't doing themselves any favours though as I won't be buying anything from any of their partner's again, I will just visit for the clickthru's and comps from now on!

There may be something in this. Perhaps we need a survey....
I HAVE got my piggy points for Tescos shops (albeit manually added by the mysterious Lynn). I have Firefox as my web browser.
  • I have 3 Tesco orders outstanding and have just spoken to Carl who said I have to wait the full 28 days and then email (not holding out much hope now). Got points immediately for a wine order so it makes no sense:confused:

I had 3 Boots orders in the New Year and only got points for 2, even though I did them all the same way, so it can't be the tracking system but I'm at a loss to work out why this is happening.

Also asked Carl about DP prizes, as I won months ago and Pigsback still have not received anything. I said could I have some points instead and he told me to email. I already did this ages ago with no reply.

Bad enough that the 'free' points are low but I'm not even getting them for purchases now
