I've just sold a book that Amazon shows as

Yet the book I have is called 'Soup' Subtitle: 'superb ways with a classic dish'. Contributing editor is Debra Mayhew. No mention of the word Bible.

I'm about to put it in the post, but should I worry? I've rechecked the ISBN and it continues to come up with 'Soup Bible'

fay you could always email the buyer to double check and explain whats happened like you told us and just ask them to clarify

Good thinking, have now done so.

I'm fairly sure it's the right book but I don't want them leaving a dodgy feedback because they think I've sent the wrong thing!

I had this issue with a CD single that was bought for over £8, i emailed and double checked, and he confirmed, so I posted it. I have now bought the same cd from ebay for £2 incl p&p!

The list that Mishka is referring to is a list of 'buyers waiting'.

On Amazon, if something is not available either from Amazon or from a Marketplace Seller a potential buyer can 'pre order' and put in their required price and condition. If someone then lists at or below this price + at or above this condition, the item automatically sells.

A good way to improve your sales if you can find a needle in a haystack - there are literally 1,000's of these items.

I have used the list in the past to improve my knowledge of 'desirable' authors/titles.

Where can I get a copy of the list of "buyers waiting" please? Sounds like a good thing to have. I will try to go to bed early tonight. (I always say that but never do!!)
