If you are a pro-seller you can create your own listings on Amazon.

If you have alot of these books it might be worth your while going pro for a month - create your new listings and then cancel your subscription before the month runs out - hopefully the listings will remain??? (Rupert - do you know if this would be the case??)

    Just a few thoughts

    FFM :)

yes, once created they will remain on the database.

The other advantage of going pro is that you can access the fabled pre-order reports and download a list of over 10,000 books that have buyers waiting for them! It seems that once you have been a pro-merchant even if you have cancelled the subscription you can still access this report to download, though the theory is that you shouldn't be able to if you aren't a PM seller!

    HI

Has anyone got any experience of selling old children's books (many are hardbacks from the 40's and 50's - lots of Enid Blyton and a few are first editions). I have listed a few on Amazon, but have had no takers.

My worries about using ebay to sell them is that you don't always get what the book is 'worth' as you have to start at a level to get bidding started.

Be a bit tricky to do that as there's a limit to how much text you can put in a pm. The list in raw text format is nearly 2mb, which is a heck of a lot of text!

I was just looking through the list again..I'm surprised this one is on there:

Stormbringer (Tale of the Eternal Champion S.) by Moorcock, Michael

I'm sure I've come across that on more than 1 occasion..I buy quite a few sci fi books so will keep an eye out for it.
