do you want it as cheap as possible or are willing to go upto (or just over) your budget?

    http://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/configurePrd.asp?idproduct=1364

if you remove the graphics card it comes in just under your £400 budget, but contains the latest ivy bridge based i5 intel processor which realistically is a lot faster than the AMD (as much as i like AMD) and the sandy bridge core i3 in the other suggested systems

one thing to bare in mind however is the delivery costs which would likely put it over £400 - last i knew i think it was about £25 for delivery which would put the above system to just under £425

    otherwise

then out of the others, i personally prefer the Duke due to it being customisable (and in future upgradable due to the psu as spoken about above)

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

In the current climate of free delivery, especially when you are spending a few hundred, it's a poor show to be charged £25.

maybe BUT the systems they provide are very good value for money, and would you prefer to pay £25 more for the system but have 'free' delivery or have a company who are honest on what they are charging for what?

and with the duke, depending on which programs you are using for editing, will probably be faster as the FX4100 is a quad core and so has better performance in multithreaded programs than the duel cores in the zoostorms - however it is slower in single threaded programs, but most editing and encoding programs will use multiple cores.

on top of this you can also specify a upgrade to a nvidia GT520 which, once again, depending on the programs you are plannign on using could help because of CUDA support (not available on intergrated graphics or amd cards)

so taking the duke, upgrading to 8gb RAM, 1Tb hard drive and the GT520 including delivery comes to just under your £400 budget, or sticking to the 500gb hard drive will have it about £375 and should depending on the programs you use, be very quick for photo editing

If you live in London, collect it yourself. They're by CarGiant.

Ok, I see your point. As I already have a 500 GB drive in this current PC I can add that, though it is running XP which I like. I also have Outlook Express and all my important emails to carry over. Windows 7 doesn't have Outlook Express so not sure if I should stick with XP on the Duke?

( I download off VM rather than use webmail or imap)

Oh dear, just about to order when I read a few customer reviews online about Dino PC. Not good reading. I think I will look around.
