Thanks all, life continues to be rather good x

Tomorrow DD & I are going to a spa hotel for 3 nights, she has a seminar to attend for 3 hours on Saturday but the rest of the time is ours.

Good way to spend what is normally a bad weekend for me. My angel babies would be 28 on Sunday.

    Granny x

The ache never goes away Granny but how lovely that you can spend the time with your DD. Lots of Love.

    Thanks all

It is so peaceful sitting on the balcony with an uninterrupted view of the Richmond River in Ballina, NSW, Australia at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The scenery is breathtaking, the peace & tranquility calming, the wildlife entertaining.

I took a photo today of a pelican and just before that saw 2 Macaws at close range. Just after I saw a strange little swimming bird that just pop up from under the water when he'd caught a fish, only to dive back down again. He reminded me a bit of the 'Loch Ness monster' in miniature.

I can't remember the last time I felt so at peace, especially not at this time of year. So amazingly different from 2014.

Hope all is well with you

Dearest Robin, I wish you both could have come too, along with darling Pooh and the beautiful NOA, as it continues to be pure unadulterated bliss. The pace of life is just what the Dr would have prescribed for this rather jaded Granny x

Dearest DFW, I am loving every second as I know only too well these memories will need to last me rather a long time. Even if OH & I make it back over in the future it will never be as magical and relaxing as this is x

Dearest Happy, I hope the weather picks up for you soon. It's pretty sticky warm here and I'm sporting pink feet at the moment. I must have missed my feet when applying my sun protection

In other news I'm pleased to report that despite going away with DD for 4 days this weekend I have still managed to lose 1.2lbs on top of the weight I gained, so am now just 1lb away from my next stone bracket and 4.7lbs away from 4 stone off. DD saw the result before me and she was ecstatic, which was a truly wonderful feeling.

Hope all is well with you all. I continue to log in as often as I can to keep up with your news

Lots of love & sunny Ozzy well wishes Granny x
