    Thanks all.

Beanie the yoga was way beyond my capabilities despite being sold as suitable for all levels. However I enjoyed taking photos of DD for her fitness/nutrition blog while I attempted to do some of the easier moves.

Today I weighed for the first time since arriving and despite still being full of water retention was pleased to see I've only gained a small amount. I've no doubt this will come off now I've settled in.

Today I walked into the city on my own to meet DD for lunch. Also met her fab new fella, who treated my bad back, hip & shoulder for free. (He's a chiropractor). I felt heaps better after it too. He's going to treat me 2x a week while I'm here :D

I'm now lying on the sofa, enjoying the city sounds and fresh air, watching DDs cute little cat chase her ping pong ball around, with a mud pack on. It's just blissful if I'm totally honest.

Have a great Tuesday all, mine is almost over

Thanks all, life continues to be rather good x

Tomorrow DD & I are going to a spa hotel for 3 nights, she has a seminar to attend for 3 hours on Saturday but the rest of the time is ours.

Good way to spend what is normally a bad weekend for me. My angel babies would be 28 on Sunday.
