Thanks Lucky and Brizzle
Almost the end of my working year, just tomorrow morning to get through and that is from home. Lunch time can't come soon enough
Had nails done instead of facial on Tuesday as realised I have a Group0n voucher for facial that expires soon. Using it tomorrow afternoon. Nails are really pretty and salon threw in free nail art as Christmas bonus. Got to go back in New Year to get soak off as part of mystery shop. Pleased with the service so far.
This weekend I need to summon up the energy to tidy my office and bedroom after moving furniture last weekend. My bedroom in particular looks like its been hit by a tornado
Also need to wrap DGCs presents and take the things from me and OH to their house to go under their tree. Santa's presents will stay here until we see them after Christmas, as they are things meant to stay in our house. Not sure when that will be as DS is working a lot. We're going away for a night with DGDs on 29th to celebrate DGD1s 7th birthday so will see them then if not before.
Need to do last few food and drink shop and finally small bit of ironing
After that can relax and enjoy :xmassign:
DDs present arrived safely and is now sitting under her :xmastree:, she loved her home made stocking
Ordered a card for OH from DGC off M00np1g, really badly printed so have had £ back. Still going to give it to him as better than nothing and he isn't as critical as me. (Words all run into each other with incorrect spacing)
Had email off company re above mentioned stolen present, saying it's on its way. Was held for security check and not stolen after all. Not sure why I was told that. Only problem is I ordered a replacement so will have to raise a query about that as I'm not paying for their error.
Off to bed now, hoping to get some sleep. Mouth sore as had wisdom tooth out yesterday.
Night all, going to try to catch up with some diaries this weekend too

Sounds like you're well ahead with your xmas prep, Granny; well done. :T
And good news that the personalised gift has not gone missing after all - hope it's been safely delivered before you next update.
Enjoy being pampered this afternoon; won't it be especially sweet knowing that work is done with until after the holiday?
Hope your mouth isn't too sore ((gentle non-kissy hugs)).0 -

Thanks Robin and DF(w)
Still no sign of the missing present, sent another email off querying it's whereabouts - reply back apologising for the delay and promising to look into it. Not convinced it'll arrive in time now. Replacement turned up but stupid orderer managed to misspell Princess!!!! So its going back. Means I can't give DGD2 hers either as can't give one without the other. Never mind they'll keep for next year.
DS etc are coming over on Christmas Eve, Christmas day it's just me & OH and then next Sunday we're taking the DGDs away for a night for DGD1s birthday.
Had a busy day today, finally finished all my wrapping, including presents from DD, dyed my hair, tidied up a bit and knitted some more of DGD2s Christmas cardi.
Tomorrow OH and I are going into town for wander, not sure how sensible this is but want to go to the Christmas Market before it goes. We're also going for afternoon tea, courtesy of Group0n deal. Then home for relaxing evening.
Mouth is a bit sore but not too bad and definitely better than when tooth was there.
Feeling much better since I restarted my health supplements and so happy to have 2+ weeks of no work. Gives me a chance to recharge

Thanks Amber, today was market day except its already gone - oops Was so wet out anyway I doubt we would have ambled through it properly. Went to the indoor market instead, got more wool
bit of an obsession ATM, got everything we planned to and Then went for afternoon tea which was lovely The cafe was virtually empty, sad for owners but after the rush of city shopping, just what we needed. Then home, bit more tidying, bit more knitting - only buttons left to sew on now, snooze on sofa and light evening meal whilst watching Christmassy film A really nice day all told
Hope your shift at Mr T goes well tomorrow and you get some time off to relax and enjoy
