Well done on the weightloss Granny :j
And 11 NSD's already, you are on fire!!!
Hope work is OK

Thanks Princess and others too re weight loss, pretty happy with me
, work was awful but unusually not because of HIM as HE wasn't in. Never mind tomorrow is another day as they say and working from home so should be a better day.
It started snowing on my way home, hope it doesn't stick as I'm supposed to be baby-sitting tomorrow evening and don't fancy having to drive home in it, stay in theirs for the night or back out of the offer to do so.
Went for facial today and masseuse said I was really tense and needed to relax more. :rotfl: chance should be a fine thing.
O/P to catalogue didn't work as arrived in account after cut off date so will show next month instead. Really annoyed with self, never mind it'll show next month.
Not a nsd as went for coffee with friend lunch time as she needed a chat. LSD though and tomorrow is planned as NSD.
No other news, off to bed early tonight as got a headache. Hope you have all had a good day.

Well done on the continuing weight loss.
The over-payment is on the account, it's not that important that it missed the cut off date. What's important is that the money is there not on something else!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Thanks both, feeling better this morning, early night did me good. Just spoke to HIM on the phone and for once I felt HE was supportive, (still don't like HIM), so felt that HE could actually see things from my point of view for the first time in ages. HE's silly not to behave like this more often as if HE did, HE would get so much more work out of me.
Anyway, Piq, I've just noticed your decluttering in your signature, you go girl - you are speeding through it like there is no tomorrow. I'm well impressed.
I'm sure I'll be back later with more ramblings.

So yesterday was a NSD and today is likely to be too because of the snow.
Babysat last night so DS and DDIL could go out for his birthday. They were home by 9.30 so not a late night. DGDs both have colds and went to bed a bit snuffly but it was nice being there to put them to bed. DGD2 got really excited and shouted out OHs name when she heard a noise from upstairs, (which was her mum getting ready) and looked really upset when she realised it wasn't him. He was so chuffed when I got home and told him.
I'm one of the *un fortunate ones who can still work despite the snow as I work from home, if I couldn't and had made every effort to get in, I'd get paid a full day. However, as I have my system at home I am expected to work. Never mind, my sky isn't working anyway due to the snow so I've nothing better to do really.
OH has gone to work, wonder if he'll get home safely, should imagine he'll be fine but hope he took his coat and mobile just in case. (He didn't last time we had heavy snow, thinking oh well I'm in my car so I don't need either).
Was reading on Mrs PG's diary about alcoholic hot chocolate so decide to google recipes and pictures of alcoholic coffee, (I don't like chocolate drinks) and found this. It made me giggle so much I had to post it:
Hope you are all managing to stay safe and warm in this bad weather.

I've been a right mardy mare all afternoon and can honestly say I do not have a clue as to why. It started shortly after OH got home and has lasted up til now. I've gone off to bed in a huff and am now trying to cheer myself up a bit or I'll have a bad night's sleep.
I didn't sleep very well last night because of the weather. Have had no fresh air for 2 days, for similar reasons and can see that I may be stuck in the house tomorrow, so perhaps its a bit of cabin fever.
I'm really missing DD tonight as at least I get some conversation out of her. All OH ever does is slump on the sofa with his head in the paper/laptop/tv or combination of same. (See I told you I was moody). Even watching Stella didn't cheer me up for long, raised a slight manic grin that's all.
I had a bath earlier and defuzzed for the 1st time in ages, well doesn't seem much point when there's no-one to care if I do or not. Honestly can't remember when I last did it, nearly had to get out the lawn mower instead of the epilator and it hurt like heck.
Anyway today was nsd #13 so doing well this month. DS's 25th birthday tomorrow so hoping weather improves because I'm meeting him and his gorgeous girls for lunch if the roads are safe. OH can please himself as to whether he wishes to remove the sofa from his ars3 and join us, although that coffee may be sooner coming than he thinks if he decides not to.
Night all, off to look for a manic grin causing joke, hope you are all faring better than me tonight
