we have been signed up to orange broadband for nearly 3 months and the last few days we have had problems connecting to the interenet.

The two green lights on the modem are solid but one minute it works and the next (especially in the evening), it doesnt.

Error 0718 - cannot connect to remote computer. connection terminated

I have spoken to orange twice in 3 days and they keep saying, leave it until tomorrow and try again. ITS NOT WORKING.

£0.50p per minute to call. £14.99 a month and for what????

Is there any way of leaving them early?
