I know PLMBL I can't believe it either but it defo is
. I had a moment in the sweet aisle again today as I used to stand there for ages when I shopped for her as she would say ' I fancy something nice hen, see what you can get me' and I would spend ages looking as no matter what I bought she's want something else :rotfl:. I always get a wee tear though when I look at all the packs of sweets.
I am working all weekend . Cleaning tomorrow and a wee Sunday overtime in normal job. I haven't done a weekend overtime for donkeys years so will be quite excited to see what I get paid. I will have 2 nights and a Sunday in this month's pay.
I'm still not managing to overpay anything which is annoying me somewhat. I need to get myself back into minimum spending. I know I spent nothing all week but I was £86 in Morrisons tonight and that was with a list . I did buy a few things over and above my list but nothing that'll not be used. I did spend about £5 on treats but hey I do 2 jobs so I reckon a wee fiver should be okay. The price of fruit and veg just rocked me though. I have just bought fruit and veg recently and not really checked the prices. DD and I love Pink Lady apples and I justify buying them as they always get eaten whereas others would end up in the bin, but I picked up 4 apples tonight and weighed then and they would have cost me about £2.80  I mean !!!!!! !! It's just apples. Also a head of broccoli was well over £1 and £1.89 for a cauliflower. Just ridiculous. So I will try ALDI and see what they are for their veg as I just refuse to pay those prices. Bloody Robbers!!
Ok rant over.xx

Good Afternoon. I need to make another new year resolution. I need to stop buying food . I spent £88 in Morrisons last night and another £29 in Iceland today. There's only 3 of us. Granted 2 are teenage termites but jeezo . I have spent £210.59 of my £350 budget and still £30 to pay at least for lunches which leaves me £110 approx for rest of month. Shocking
. We so eat well mind you as I like to cook. I have chicken marinating in lime juice, soy sauce and cajun spices just now to make slimming world skewers and wedges for dinner tonight. We will have peppers and mushrooms with it and also I will make a cauliflower. The cauliflower doesn't exactly go with the rest of the meal but it will fill us up and stop us snacking. Dunno why I'm saying us as I am the only one who likes it :rotfl:.
Wee morning's work done. The house was shockingly dirty after the last guests. I can't believe the state some people leave a place in. I would be mortified. But hey ho it's a wee £35 in the coffers for me and I will pay £30 off my CC just now. I will keep the £5 towards fuel as it is a few miles away. My friend , who got me that job, has a cleaning business and she is taking over the management of a very large holiday let ( hopefully) and she asked me if I would meet and greet the guests on days when she couldn't. She lives a fair old distance from the house whereas I am only 15 minutes from it. She said she reckons she would pay me £50 each time. I just said 'oh yes please' lol and so I might get a couple of times doing that over the next few months. This CC debt is going folks and I cannot wait to see the back of it
. Happy Saturday I'm away to clean my own house now as I am working all day tomorrow. XX

Just got my energy bills after providing actual readings and they are through the roof . I owe £210 for electricity . Am ok for my gas but I am furious. I've just reset my smart meter and I will be like someone with OCD until I get our consumption down Sitting at 14p per hour just now but used to always sit at around 10p. I need to sort this out ASAP as I refuse to pay a fortune for power. Raging.com5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Is it extra usage or the increase in charges?:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0

Extra usage Matymoo. I've used double in December in comparison to last December. I am pretty sure it's down to the dishwasher and the extra fridge and freezer. I need them all really badly to accommodate my busy life so I will have to suck it up I reckon. I had a rant on facebook and turns out I pay less than everyone else
so I better just shut up :rotfl:.
Worked today and I am beyond tired. Should be a nice wee amount earned though. Not sure how much but I reckon over £100.
Just remembered that I promised my friend I would go up and see her Dad tonight in the hospitalI am so tired though but will need to head up for a wee while anyway. Thankfully he has been moved to the local hospital now which is only a few minutes away so at least I dont have a 20 minute drive each way.
My friend has just phoned me whilst writing this and she has put meon a site called my single best friend  one is sh*tting oneself now :rotfl:5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
