MiT I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. I know no words can help how you are feeling right now, but please take comfort in the fact she is no longer in pain and her life was enriched because you were in it. I'm sure you have your own private angel now who will watch you and you family and guard them fiercely. Take care XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I'm so sorry to hear that sad news. I'm glad she had a happy last day. Please look after yourself and remember how much she loved you and what a comfort you were to her.
It's two weeks tomorrow since my mum died and I still feel in a fog about it. There is a huge amount to do when someone dies but remember it doesn't have to be done at once.

Aww thanks so much folks. Been a busy few days. Sea I am in complete shock although I have known for a long time this day would come. I keep going to text her or I think ' I must tell mum' then I am in floods when I remember. I'm sure it will get better- it has to. I have a few weeks off now from work so I have time to sort things out.
Mum is coming home tomorrow morning and will go into chapel on Friday night with the funeral on Saturday morning. I am staying at her house with her tomorrow night along with my brother so she is not alone. We always had family days where we all gathered in her house and had alaugh and a big family dinner. Tomorrow when she comes home we will have a final family day that includes her. We will have song, laughter and no doubt many many tears but her house was always happy so will do our best to make it happy for her for a last time. Hopefully I can dry me eyes for a while.
Thanks for all the kind thoughts. I am overwhelmed and humbled by on here and real life at the good wishes etc I have received and they have brought me lots of comfort. Take care folks and thanks again xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

What a beautiful post. My eyes are full of tears, all that love. What a lucky lady to have lived among people who loved her so much. Make the most of that last day and you still feel the loss, just the tears get less as time moves on. xTrying to shift that debt!0
