Reminds me of when my neighbour decided to dump a load (think several tons) of earth onto my drive.
unfortunately for him that day OH had taken as hol so drive was inaccessible to truck driver and he had to drive round to the cul de sac and dump it at the end.
poor neighbour spent all day moving the earth in a wheely bin cos he was too tight to get a wheelbarrow..
was almost the funniest day of my life.

another time he had bricks delivered for his patio and was going to do same thing (have them dumped in my drive) and again OH was on hols and drive full up with cars. was funny to see him and his kids humping a few bricks at a time from the end of his cul de sac to his back garden.
he was not a happy bunny and boy did I have fun. served him right for assuming he could use my drive without permission:rotfl: just cos he has a tiny street. oh yes and his neighbours were mighty peed off too

OP tell the builders to shift their gear now or you will be sending them a bill for damages:)

They've moved the bins off, but the gravel and conifers are still there. This has just happened today.

Everytime I knock on the door they are out. Will have to let them know that come Friday I will dig the conifers out myself as the fence is being extended on Saturday. I'd rather speak to them face to face than put a note through the door, but if I don't speak to them soon I will have to put a note through.

Just a quick update. I noticed today that the conifers have been removed :T

My friend who is going to alter the fence could not start the other week due to illness, so this hasn't been done yet. Think its going to happen in the next 2 weeks.

    Thanks for all your support.
