    Honeydog and uktim29. This site isn't the place for you two to bicker. Take your arguement to PM or let it drop.

    I'll do my best but I believe I am entitled to support other posters in the public domain as I see fit.

    The danger is that it thread degenerates as it becomes a case of "one upmanship". Always consider the other poster may be a troll just trying to wind people up. Rise above it and don't give them the satisfaction and they soon get bored and move on.

    That makes good sense Poppy9. I'll admit I can be a bit competitive but it is in my nature to be like that.

    I also have a strong sense of fairness and find it hard to just stand by when I think something is really wrong.

    But like I said I'll do my best.

    OMG - seems to me either could be a troll!! Take it elsewhere before the thread is closed. Please remember;

    arrow.gif Please be nice to all MoneySavers. There?s no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

    Even Martin can get his spelling and grammer incorrect!! :rolleyes:

    omg grow up!
    I agree with some of what uktim29 has posted, i too have worked in CS and now work in the community and seriously know how rude some people can be, and tbh i reckon some dont even realise.
    I have also been a customer and dealt with rude, and incompetent advisers, who i would of gladly loved to of given them a clip round the ear.
    You dont have to shout and be aggressive to be rude and get someoens back up.
    I dunno why the op is even bothering to stress himself out over the whole thing, wase of time and energy imo, just move on.

    EDIT - and if anyone wishes to pull me up on my grammar and spelling, dont wast your time coz i couldn't give a flying fig :)

    I only write this due to honeydogs inaccurate clarification. Honeydogs version of what's in my blog is completely different to what is actually in it! Honeydog will quote one sentence and leave out the rest explaining what actually went on. Honeydog assumes I hate my job!? would have left by now if I did! What a deluded person.

    Honeydog is bound to assume this is a general attitude to customer service (time will tell) rather than an opinion on 1 in 300,000 freaks because Honeydog is that desperate to be right. Honeydog must have gone through all of my 209 posts to find my blog, that shows how obsessive Honeydog is, which seems to be resulting in desperate attacks on anyone who's opinion is slightly different.

    Honeydog Assumes (this seems to be Honeydogs way of arguing, just assumptions, not fact. This is proved my the fact Honeydog has never observed me in retail, does not know me and bases an opinion on my thoughts of only 3 (these only 3 cases have been assumed to be a general attitude out of about 1,000,000 as I explain below) people who I unfortunately met last year) from the way Honeydogs written the above post that "always polite, helpful and friendly." suggests none of the cases in my blog would have happened. This is where Honeydogs delusion comes in (you see, Honeydog only ever assumes). I was "polite, helpful and friendly" and then the people concerned chose to act the way they did. I meet around 1,000,000 people a year in retail. If my blog was an example of what I generally think of customers it would have 1,000,000 posts, not 3!
