As for the eventual outcome, a Tesco CS Chief Executive phoned and left a message on our answering service that they wanted to speak to me to try and find a resolution. Once this has happened I will post details here.

Well done Niterider for keeping this interesting thread going despite the discouragement from posters including myself along the way (I haven't changed my opinion incidentally). Tell me, will you be equally vociferous in you praise of Tesco once they resolve this to your complete satisafaction which, if they're really going to contact you they certainly will?
Poppy9: Thank you for the career/interview advice in an earlier post :) I look forward to 'serving' you...[/QUOTE]

Just in case anyone thinks your a complete liar about the CEO of Tesco CS calling, well it does happen. I had the CEO of DSG call me once about a purchase.

Hopefully spelling and grammar problems won't be a bar to your plans of world domination as an internet tycoon. :rotfl:

Fortunately I don't need to write!

If you struggle with mine I don't know how you manage. Every day I can seem to find a brand new 'A4' size paragraph post on here.

    Struggle with your what?

I don't struggle with your misuse of there/their/they're or the lack of apostrophes in your posts. Your spelling errors too are almost always phonetically plausible.

I do struggle with the fact that whenever you address a post to me it almost always makes no sense at all. I mean what the heck is an "A4 size paragraph post"

Anyone out there got any ideas?

    All help gratefully received.

I have less trouble understanding what the average 7 year old writes.

  • an A4 size paragraph post, I would assume, would be a post where the poster has written a LOT and not bothered to paragraph it correctly.

    e.g.

blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Very difficult to read and not many people can get through it unless they have the patience of a saint!

I think my posts including this are relatively easy to follow, You may want to get a 7 year old to clarify things though;)

One final time. It's a paragraph around the size of an A4 piece of paper. The answer was hidden in the phrase.

    Dull, dull, dull, dull, dull.

OK - your words are easy to read ie decode the print.

Your meaning is usually a lot less clear when you appear to be talking to me.

If your job involved writing reports or submitting documents for other people to read and follow then someone else would have told you that by now. Fortunately for everyone involved - that isn't the case.:j
