Speed camera on motorway bridge?

I do Germany a couple of times a year and speeds can be much faster than the UK. On the other hand lane discipline and observation tends to be much better than in the UK and the roads tend not be anywhere near as crowded as in the UK even though a lot of autobahns are only two lanes.

I did have a scary moment back in the 90s’s just after the wall came down….two trabbants (sp?) in convoy doing about 50, me coming up behind them doing about 130. The rear trabbi speeds up to 51 and pulls out to pass. Cue the heaviest braking I have ever done, I seem to remember I got off the brakes when I was about two feet from the back of him.

They also do have limits on lots of the autobahns and if it’s wet all of them have a limit (130 kph from memory)
