aww raging. I work in a school and we need to replace underwear, uniforms etc for those that weren't returned after little accidents last year :mad:

1st time posting please be gentle with me! i had a look and cudnt see this anywere. I was in my local morrisons today and all there uniform was reduced to 28p they had loads including jumpers, trousers boys/girls, 2 packs of t-shirts/shirts socks underpants.

Wow. My son is stocked up for this year but at that sort of prices I might get him the next 7 years worth lol

It's all too small for my secondary aged kids, but great for those with primary aged children.

This is in reply to those people who have lost uniform. Best thing I ever saw at school was a child who's Grandma had sewn the childs initials under the school badge. It was easily identifiable and no-one nicked it because there was easier targets. Don't think you would get away with that at seniors though!!!

We lost jogging bottoms, I can't believe that someone got them at home and saw his name and just though well, keep em anyway. so wrong.

(only had age 7-8 left in Sheffield, but there were quite a few packs at 12pm-ish)

Just to let all the parents who have lost uniforms. It's not just parents who lose things.
I'm a TA and last year we sent home 4 pairs of tracksuit bottoms, 5 navy pleated skirts, 3 Summer dresses, 2 pinafores and 4 pairs of PE shoes. Not to mention countless pairs of pants and socks. This is why I would have raided the place had we had a Morrisons here!
What really annoyed me was not getting the tracksuit bottoms back, as our school doesn't allow track bottoms to be worn, all the girls have to wear pleated skirts, so their parents would have known straight away that they didn't belong to them, yet they still kept them :-(

So this year on the 1 pair of track bottoms I bought with my own money aswell as the replacement skirts - I have sewn our class year on them where it can be seen by anyone. Sad I know and wrong, but we are sick of having to replace them. I'm sure the parents would complain if we let their kids sit in wet clothes all day!

Just been into my local Tesco, and they had 4 racks of school uniform really cheap.
I got my son 2 pairs of black school trousers (age 14-15) for next year, they were £3 each, instead of £9 each!
They had shirts, skirts, shorts etc.
