I dont suppose anyone knows where they do uniform in 18-24 months? Im really struggling to find anything to fit DS x

I had this problem last year with my DD - she was in 18-24 month clothes when she started school.

The best solution I came up with was to buy tights and t shirts from non uniform shops (as they come in smaller sizes) and to buy dresses instead of trousers/skirts. The shift dresses are great as they start off round their knees and have a lot of growing room in them! It also doesn't matter if they are a size or two too big, as there is no waistband and the length doesn't matter too much. My DD still fits in hers at the end of a year at school.

The school also agreed that DD could wear a non logo cardigan which I found from M&S in size 2-3.

Next start their boys trousers in size 3 which I think sizing would normally be up to age 3. They also do them in skinny fit so maybe they would be of use if you are able to get the trousers taken up.

I had the same problem with my boys but found m+s did all their sizes in a short length too and with adjustable waists etc so got bottoms from there. I also find debenhams sizes are small my daughter who's average height and age 4 is in 7-8 tops from debenhams.

The problem I have got is that my daughters uniform is royal blue and our Tesco, asda or m and s don't stock royal blue. It's a pain as I can't get the cheap deals.

Does anyone know how long the 20% off uniform is likely to be on for at M&S - trying to delay my huge purchase until the end of next week. The website is saying limited time only..........

For wide feet, you can't beat Clarks due to their wide fitting option. If you really can't afford these, my wide footed boy has Tesco school shoes and finds them so comfortable that I have to keep mithering him to take them off when he gets in!

I never have to replace his shoes between sizes either - and he spends all playtime running.

My only qualm is availability - there's never any left, so be sure you get them early :)

Good luck to your little boy! When I sent mine off, I was so upset I was sick :o but you get used to it very quick and he will be off having the time of his life!

Try the pageboy ranges at Next, BHS and Debenhams - loads of black trousers there - just a bit more pricey ;)
