As long as the tin isn't bulging the contents will be fine in terms of edibility. Some items get a flavour deterioration resulting in a blander product but that usually takes years.0

I've never cooked with it before so no idea what to expect from smell or flavour. The tin itself is undented and seems fine. Will give it a whirl!0

It should be fine. However, don't panic if, when you open it, it looks like dried white emulsion paint. This is a sign of good quality, imported coconut milk. The brands specifically intended for the Western market usually contain additives to prevent this and stop complaints from people unfamiliar with the product. Just give it a good stir.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

If they taste alright, I'd eat them.
The only problem I can think of is that the fats will, eventually, start to go over but you'd taste that and they still wouldn't do you any harm.0 -
