    Make pancakes

    1 Egg, medium (Not Emporium, but other saupplier. You may get it cheaper)
    3 oz Plain Flour
    5 fl oz milk

    knob of unsalted butter

    Heat pan with Lard until hot. Ladle in batter, when crusty, TOSS

    Serve with fruit, dusted in lemon juice and icing sugar

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I have used the same bottle of lemon juice from the fridge for well over a year and pay no attention to the best before date either. Still tastes perfect. Same goes with mayonnaise - it lasts me up to a year from opening.

    If you do decide to throw add the juice to a cup of water, boil in the microwave for a couple of minutes, leave the microwave closed. the steam will soften dried-on food and your microwave will be fresher and cleaner!

    I too have a bottle of LJ which I have had for over a year and it seems to be fine have a tiny taste if your worried at all first
