    I think I'll err on the side of caution and chuck it. It could be bacteria soup in there. I suppose I was hoping you'd all say it would be fine :rotfl:

  • Hiya i've taken some beef mince out of the fridge three hours ago and forgot to put it back in the fridge will it be ok to eat tonight do you think? there is no heating on in the house it was in a cold kitchen and nowhere near windows e.g. sunshine. mnay thanks

    Yep, I'd have thought it would be fine. Bear in mind that beef mince does have a slightly odd smell which always seems to smell very slightly off to me, so as long as it looks ok cook it. If it tastes ok once cooked, it's fine.
