I'm in again - thank you juliejim :A

I am off work until Weds and, even then, I can have a little lie in as I have a meeting to go to that doesn't start until 9:30 :D

Kitchen has been cleaned today so just needs a vacuum after I've done the bathroom and front room tomorrow.

Love and hugs to all especially Toots, L-L, LW and bossymoo xx

Dancemum.. well done on your savings!!! £900 is amazing.. and if it hasn't made much difference to the gibble in the house you should find the next £900 easy too!

Piggers, my parents are hoarders and I think it has rubbed off on me. :o
I need to speed it up though as we need a new bed and wardrobes so the bedroom needs to be cleared and decorated. We had cavity wall insulation and since we now have a mould problem.

    Kitchen s&s done
Kids & DH are asleep. I'm watching Housewife 49.

I am saving for replacing the bedroom windows which will be about £1500.. I have had all but 2 done.. Mine and Squeaks and the tiny toilet and bathroom ones need doing too.. I need £400 for tiling of my kitchen and now OH wants to do some decking in the garden and we need to fence off the paved area so Squeak can go out and not get thick covered in mud!.. no challenge at all there ! ... it is nice to have something to be working towards.

    Posting from the pit tonight!

Thanks to juliejim for this weeks thread and thanks again to Dusty for last week. I would have done much better if I hadnt lost 3 days this last week :o although Dusty I'm not so sure if I havent picked up a bit of a bug as I've felt sick all day. I def cant waste 2 or 3 days every time I have a drink.

Both kids at home tomorrow so have told them they will both be helping around the house so it will be interesting who suddenly comes up with homework or revision. However if they play that card then I will too and they'll get no tea as I have coursework to do too.

    hopefully catch up tomorrow.

    Morning All

    Hugs thrifty-gal - hope everything's okay.

Well I woke up at 3.30 to go to the loo and couldn't get back to sleep so I've now got up. I'm thinking I may do some ironing. Nothing planned today so hopefully I'll get 1 or 2 things done.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Thanks for the new Thread JulieJim .

Thrifty-gal - sorry you had a bad day I hope today is much better for you.

A trip to Hobbycraft is the plan today. DH is going to mow the [STRIKE]meadow[/STRIKE] lawn. Lots of ironing to tackle.

DS3 gave us a scare yesterday. He got hit on the head with a thrown remote control and developed increasing pain. 2 hours late he was sick. We rang the GP who reassured us. Frozen peas were administers to the non existent bump and he soon improved. DD2 is very upset (she threw the remote).

Morning all. About to eat, will then walk the dogs and potter in the front garden today. Back garden was done yesterday apart from painting fence and putting weed killer down, but can't really do those with rain forecast. Hope you all have a good day, will pop in later.

Bother. It's raining. Should have mowed the grass yesterday :(

DW emptied, breakfast made and eaten, so need to sort the washing and get the stuff I need for next week done.
