a word of warning!

at last count, a lot of these 'special' deals arent online and they seem to have some sort of "to do" list to add the credits.

I haggled for a good deal on broadband ago,,, and every few months they seem to forget to add the credits.

so, KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BILLING!

Wonderful tip, called Virgin media and have received a 50% discount on my bill for this month as a good will gesture to stop me leaving. A saving of £35.

Also been offered one of their new packages offering me a cheaper deal which will also include Broadband.

Kept meaning to have a moan at them as I have been with them for 8 years & have all 3 of their services but not as a package deal...so this thread prompted me to call today!

After 30 minutes of rubbish music, the guy offered me the 3 for £30, but with free weekend calls to any uk landline & a permanent free upgrade to XL TV, which is usually £49.50 I think he said?

Hoping this is a good deal, it's certainly better pricewise now, but I still don't have Lost

For £30 she says she cannot give me anything more than a £15 credit. Which is good still. however i will call tomorrow and try again... No harm or is that greed!!!!:T :T

thought i'd try and blag something for free, just called through to the moving house section and been told they cant deal with it and they would transfer me, got put on hold then cut off TWICE!!!!!!!!! now i'm getting extremely close to telling them which orifice they can shove their service up!
