Just placed order with ebuyer as it seems too much hassle to order things from different places when I haven't got a clue what I need. Although it is supposed to be free posting with them I still incurred the £19.99 charge.

It's only free if you select the super saver option or your order is of a higher value, and also your location might have something to do with it?

I selected the super saver option and my order was almost £100. Delivery is supposed to take place on Thursday 5th, will wait to see if it arrives. I wonder do I have to be in to sign for delivery?

It is normally shipped by courier, so I suspect so

Crap, as I have to go out on Thursday but I also want to get this sorted for them. I'll probably sit in all day and then no one will appear!!

The parcel arrived on Friday 6th April 2007. I haven't set it up yet as I discovered at the weekend I need a longer phone cable to go from the filter to the router. The cable needs to be about 5m, where can I get one of these?
