Question. Who is going to ikea next weekend for this tree thing and what time are you going? If ikea opens at 9 is getting there just before then ok?! Do we know I they are just going to be in a corner of the car park?! Thanks

Ooh just had sooo much fun. Why didn't I know before how much fun a hot glue gun can be? Stuck on my chocolate sleighs together now. And yes it is what it says.....hot. Ouch.

Picked up some more cheap chocolate in Tesco today. My little DD was getting in the spirit and was going round singing 'Jingle Bells

Got their choc calendars as well (our elf will show up with them on Sat)

Oh...and 'Arthur Christas and 'Nativity' arrived today from Amazon

So i managed to get hold of 2 rolls of wrapping paper as asda had sold out!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Spoke to someone a customer advisor & asked about the wrapping paper and she explained that there is a shortage in deliveries as some area's of the drivers routes have been flooded therefore - They have run short.
I went to poundland and poundstrechers today & i have to say i was pretty shocked at their limited christmas range. Mainly just trees and tinsel.

Tonight is planned out...

Whilst watching Merlin and Im a celeb, I will be finishing all the christmas cards - Some ready for posting all over the country.

Getting all the presents out & arranging all in bunches of hampers, Boxes ect.

PS: If anyone is doing a sweety hamper, or flannel cupcakes as*a are doing chubb lollies in a bag for a £1 think theres roughly 15 or so lollies in each bag x

will catch up in a minute... both local asdas had no mary costume, so decided to treat myself to a trip to home bargains, and they had one for £4.99! also finally got some magic snow, a couple of little xmas tins for 39p which will be great for a few homemade cookies! im now recovering after making a very silly mistake, texting 2 people at same time and sent wrong message to wrong person...it was major blush time when my mother text me back saying she assumed the list of what i want to do to you was ment for my husband!!! oh dear, the shame! i think my heart has just about settled back to a normal rate!!!

I haven't been in Poundstretchers but am surprised about Poundland. Do you mean that they had limited stock due to delivery shortages? Or just generally disappointing? The few Poundland stores I've visited have had brilliant Christmas products this year....maybe less lines than usual but I thought they had the nicest decs I've ever seen there.
