    Xmas Saver!
Oo, where did you get the Polar Express print outs? We're off on the "real" Polar Express in December but you collect your tickets so this would be perfect to give the kids. :o
    I have these one saved.

Congratulations noodles86! A lovely name too.
I have wrapped almost all the children's presents now and they are stashed away, so am ready to start freeze-able hamper gifts now. I'm thinkinf fudge and cookies for this weekend, but I wonder if biscotti could be frozen at the first stage and then sliced and baked again at the second stage.
  • Congratulations noodles86 :) I know a little Mali, he is absolutely gorgeous!

Love reading about all the crafting and baking etc you lot are planning and doing, I must say Im somewhat lax as I generally do chutneys and xmas puds and what have you, but not the various other goodies you are :D They look wonderful!

Hope you all have a great day, Im waiting for my husband to get back and then hopefully will be shopping for chilli jam ingredients!
  • Got our first Christmas card today. Hurray!

  • for those mentioning the Christmas Cupcakes mixes that you can't get hold of this year, dont know if it's any help but I saw boxes of Christmas Cupcake mixes in Lidl when I went to get the Christmas Pasta? I dont know how good they are or what make but had lots of boxes of them there
  • I bought 30 bars of chocolate from Lidl this morning so not limited here.
My friend picked me up 3 selection boxes from T and 3 elf mugs from HB.
So all in all a good morning apart from me forgetting the xmas pasta !

Nanamia Where are you hiding ?

    You haven't said Goodnight !

Made my coffee slider and seed sliders tonight, ready for the pictures tomorrow.

I bought some Lindt Chocolate bars today to make some sliders in the morning with.
    I got
70% Choc which I am naming- I love you more than Chocolate ( well nearly)
Chilli which I am naming -HOT STUFF and
Sea salt which I am naming - You're the SALT of the earth.

I only got 1 bar of each as they are nearly £2 a bar. If I get any interest I will get some more.

Need to make some more chocolate men, and chocolate candy stirrers as dd and her friends ate them all. So am going to Lidls to stock up in the morning, as the chocolate I used is half price tomorrow.

Have you tried Aldi Chilli chocolate it is scrummy with a nice little after kick. It is dark chocolate but when you open the packet it is small individual bars, also cheap too. HTH ;)
