Had quite a good day today, the wooden reindeer advent arrived, very quick and so cool. Also I recieved an email after having a tiff in Debenhams over being mis-sold an item (long story). But the email said if I go back to the store I can have £60 to compensate. I am so going to treat......myself with that0

Chocolate, candy cane stirrers.
these are brilliant omo and so are all your other chocolaty makes, i may have to try a chocolate slab and decorate it0 -
they might possibly be the figures you (somehow) add to the game - or iv just spent £50 on the game when morrisons are doing it for £15.99
- although in fairness after using clubcard vouchers i did only spend £15 of my own money
They were definitely figures (hubby is in there now and i just called him and asked him to check lol)Everything is always better after a cup of tea0 -

I don't know what I keep doing wrong.
dont be afraid to ask what you could have done differently my bil has been turned down repeatedly and last time he asked them why and they said that it was nothing personal but they have soo many suitable candidates they ended up picking a name from a hat  . sorry things didnt work out but try and keep postive
picked up a couple of xmas dvds in £land today
mrs claus & santa who older titles but ones we havent seen yet
they had about a dozen different ones inc the littlest light on the xmas tree. no xmas pud bin bags though
own my own some great bakes theres you should really consider selling them esp the choc men I could see them being very popular
the skylanders in morris would be the figures they run around £7-£8 for the small ones & £15ish for the new giants though argos have got a few of the original small ones for around £5 if you have kids that "need" to add to they're collection though limited stock availabilitythis year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk0 -
I'm so gutted that I have no Home Bargain store near me, I always see so many good things on here.
Can anyone recommend somewhere else where I can pick up hamper baskets?
Many thanks
You can buy a variety of different types of baskets from Dunelm Mill. Wilkinsons also have a limited supply, as do Argos. If you have a Tiger near you, it could be worth looking in there too, as my local one also has baskets suitable for hampers.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

I have a question about tesco clubcard exchange, Ive never done it before. One of the departments is clothing, does this include footwear? and do I have to do it online or can I take them to customer services and get them in store?
Thanks so much in advance, my vouchers are meant to be for xmas week but I NEED these boots ive seen
It usually includes footwear - just ask at customer services just to double check. You do the voucher exchange at customer services in store.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Do you think these ones would work?

"knock knock", please can I come back in? my parents came to visit during half term and my routine has only just got back to normal. I have been busy though! i have made lists for all the people I buy for and apart from OH;s pressies and PJs I have bought everything and only have things to make.
I made a chocolate sleigh for my cousin's dd and have made a mini wine bottle holder - just need to make a few more and decorate them. When OH shows me how to put my photos on the laptop from my phone I will post a pic.
I did a bit of shopping whilst my mum was here but even better helped her do hers - shopping without spending money:T
I visited a friend today and we have decided we are going to meet regularly and do some crafting. Next week we are going to make wine charms.
own my own you have made some fab things and i am sure they will sell well. I love the foodie bits too. is the oreo made using the big cookie mould? do you ust use a normal cookie mix?

You got good feedback, so you aren't doing anything wrong. Perhaps someone else had exactly the experience they were looking for, and next time that person might be you. Stay positive, it's important. DH has had lots of interviews in the last 6 months, excellent feedback for 90% of them, but it still took 7 months to be offered a job.0 -

If these are for hampers, you might want to check the size. They are lovely & similar to one i did a couple of years ago as a raflle prize. The basket was so much deeper than I expected it to be, I had to put cardboard covered with shredded paper so that things didn't look lost. I didn't want the effect to be spoiled but it looked lovely
T's Direct have these too - £14.96 http://www.tesco.com/direct/seagrass-lined-baskets-set-of-3/204-9620.prd (can't copy the picture for some reason)
or these for £12.97
or these 2 for £6.46Obviously all different sizes, but might be worth a look & you can get delivery into store
